Ms. Saha heads dispute resolution team and brings over a decade of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on commercial laws and corporate insolvency. She regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities, and has successfully handled a wide range of civil disputes arising from commercial transactions, employment and labour issues, debt recovery, consumer and product liability, specific performance, injunctions, compensation, and contractual claims.
Ms. Saha also has considerable expertise in the negotiation, drafting, and review of a broad spectrum of commercial and transactional documents, including Business Partner Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Agreements, PR and Agency Agreements, Distribution and Franchise Agreements, and Assignment Agreements. She advises a diverse clientele, including IT start-ups, textile manufacturers, FMCG companies, luxury hospitality brands, and automobile corporations, on commercial documentation as well as internal policies relating to data protection, employee conduct, media, publishing, and entertainment.
