PROFILE OF SIMRAN SONI Ms. Soni completed her BA LL.B (H) from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIP University, Delhi and was admitted to practice law at the Bar Council of Delhi in 2017. She specializes in banking finance, competition law and general corporate commercial laws and has extensive experience in audit of legal and regulatory compliances and due diligence. She also has keen interest in aircraft leasing / financing regulations.
