PROFILE OF MAHESH KUMAR: Mr. Kumar heads Legalics and has more than fourteen years of experience. He completed his LL.B (H) from IP University, Delhi, India, and LL.M in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick, UK. He was admitted to practice law at the Bar Council of Delhi in 2006.

He has wide experience of international corporate and commercial matters. He has advised well known manufacturers, technology companies, lessors, leading banks and financial institutions across the globe on various complicated cross border merger and acquisitions, structured finance, aviation leasing and financing transactions. He has also advised on a number of successful foreign ventures in India. His practice areas also include competition law, foreign exchange laws, securities laws, taxation and dispute resolution. He is used to work across several time zones and has been involved in extensive documentation, negotiations and legal due diligence.
